I did a shadow rebuild and it's served me well but i also do exclusively toa. Built-in spell damage scales with the player's Magic level and can hit up to 34 at 99 without any magic damage bonus. 5k+ users. I donno how it compares to Twisted Bow it killed boss pretty fast though. Increased dps with with Tumeken's shadow kraken 4% zulrah 22% on red phase Thermy 6% Sire- equal to scythe with dwh spec dagganoth rex 2% zammy 8% arma 5% bandos 29% Sara 5% mystics 21% olm mage hand.
